What did we find when we got there? (optional)Anything the crew discovered or explained — where the water had travelled, what had to come out, what could be saved.

Who came out? (optional)First names are fine. If someone went out of their way, this is where to say so.

How long did it take? (optional)How fast we arrived, how many days the equipment ran, whether we finished when we said we would.

How did it turn out? (optional)The result, and how the insurance side went if a claim was involved.

Would you use us again, or tell a neighbour to?Say so either way. We publish critical reviews too.
